We are here to help and it is OK to change your mind!
If you’re not totally satisfied with your Adib's purchase you can return products in the same condition with no damage within 30 days for full refund. We also offer pickup or drop off service in Salt Lake City Utah and Bay Area California. Payments are typically refunded within 7-10 business days.
We do not accept returns on custom made to order rugs or padding. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience.
