1. A sampling of our inventory is available on our web site at www.adibs.com. We can provide color prints of any particular rug that interests you by mail or email. Due to the unique nature of each rug and our extensive inventory, we do not print a catalogue.

2. We prepare pictures at the request of our customers and the pictures can usually be available to send by mail or email in just a few days.

3. The service is provided at no cost to our clients.

4. In general terms, Adib’s has all sizes available from the very small to palace sized rugs. The most popular sizes are 2’ x 3’, 2’ x 4’, 3’ x 5’, 4’ x 6’, 5’ x 7’, 6’ x 9’, 8’ x 10’, 9’ x 12’, and 10’ x 14’. Oversized rugs (anything over 10’ x 14’), start at 12’ x 15’ and go up. Some rugs are over 40 feet long.

5. We carry rugs of all age classifications. The generally accepted age classifications are: Antique, over 80 years of age, Semi-Antique, between 60 and 80 years of age, and New, less than 60 years of age.

6. Our rugs originate from all the traditional and modern major production areas in the world including but not limited to, Iran, Pakistan, India, China, Afghanistan and Turkey. Adib’s is particularly known for the extensive selection of antique and semi-antique Persian rugs. We also have a growing collection of Native American antique Navajo rugs, we are increasingly hard to find.

7. Our specialty is hand-woven rugs. While we do take orders for hand-woven rugs to meet your specifications, we do not carry “Machine-Made” or “Hand-Tufted” rugs.

8. Arrangements can be made for you to view rugs in your home, office or commercial space on an approval basis.

9. Our expert staff will be happy to appraise you rug as a trade towards the purchase of one of our rugs.

10. We accept most major credit cards, checks and cash.

11. We arrange shipping by reliable carriers.

12. Our staff will work with you prior to your purchase to achieve the highest possible level of satisfaction. We will continue to work with you after you purchase to maintain that satisfaction, including the unlikely circumstance of returning your rug in good condition for credit.

13. The conservation of your rug can be greatly enhanced by placing it over proper padding or underlayment. Our staff can help you select the best form of padding for hard surface floors and carpet-over-carpet situations.
